    I think the title says it all! The staff was friendly, answered all my questions about a few local things I wanted to know about. Location has lots of variety of restaurants around and the room was comfortable, very clean, and the air conditioning worked like a champ (I was there in a heat wave - nice!) and very close to Disney World properties. Nice!

    Given that we only payed $* total for the room, I should not have expected much. What I did expect, however, was a room that had a decent bathroom and didn't smell of smoke. Reading these reviews you'd think this place it top notch--it's not. How it has 4 out of 5 rating for cleanliness is just beyond me. I would not even shower in the bathroom as the tile floor was dirty in every corner and there were signs of corrosion and rust in our tub. Gross. The sleeping area was fine, but the bathroom was just not up to par.

    I would only recommend this hotel for no more than one night. There was dust everywhere. The covers smelt of cigarettes even though I had a non-smoking room. The game room was nice and my family did enjoy that. I had someone chase me down at my car after check-in to do a time-share. The guy didnt want to take no for an answer. I lied and agreed to it so hed stop berating me. Its in a good location. We walked to Walgreens for a couple of snacks. The fridge in the room was a plus. But the lack of outlets was an inconvenience. We had to take shifts charging our cell phones. The tv channels are ridiculous. There are only about 25 channels and the price for movies was *.

    I would stay again at the bestwesteran.right out side of all the attractions. highly recommend. cost was great many resturants.
